Job overview

To  provide  day-to-day  operational  management  for  the  administration team  including recruitment, appraisals and continuous professional development for all admin staff

Support the Operational Management team (General Manger, Service Manager and Assistant service manager) and Clinical Team in delivering the Trust's key performance targets through effective and flexible use of physical resources to minimise waste.

To liaise with the multidisciplinary teams, to facilitate  improvements in quality of care using lessons learned from adverse incidents and patient complaints.

Main duties of the job

  • The post holder will coordinate clinic capacity in line with clinicians leave and oversee cancelling of clinics and notification to patients in a timely manner following trusts polici
  • The post holder will assist operation manager to improve and maintain RTT performance of the service and assist with any recovery plans
  • The post holder will provide day-to-day line management and leadership of a multi­ disciplinary audience and motivate this team to deliver sustained change and continuous This will include performance and objective setting, appraisal and assisting with personal development plans.
