Education & Qualifications

Essential criteria

GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent

Desirable criteria

Educated to Degree level or equivalent

Experience & Knowledge

Essential criteria

Previous experience of working with RTT rules in an NHS setting
Experience in using a range of clinical systems
Good understanding of the importance of high-quality data
Prior experience dealing with patient queries over the telephone

Desirable criteria

Experience using Cerner EPR
Experience in RTT validation

Skills, Abilities & Attributes

Essential criteria

Proficient user of IT packages, including MS Office
Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Ability to identify and correct highly complex data errors
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrates high level of organisation
Uses initiative to make decisions
Demonstrates commitment to the Trust HEART values

Desirable criteria

Previous experience using the Care Coordination Solution (CCS) platform
