Job overview

The Division of Integrated Medicine and Therapies seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager to join our team. You will have responsibility for the day to day operational management of the Respiratory Medicine and Infectious Diseases services across our hospital sites.

Main duties of the job

·         Day to day operational management of the services

·         Delivery of quality and activity targets

·         Management of financial expenditure

·         Management of activity through robust leave management

·         Implementation of service specific cost improvement projects

·         Supporting service specific development and transformation projects

·         Assisting in the development of service strategy

·         Fostering a culture of clinical integration within the division

·         Management of administrative processes within the service

·         Active contribution to the delivery of “patient centered” services
