Job overview
LNWH provides Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (ISRH) Services across the boroughs of Ealing, Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon. An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated band 7 nurse to join our Hillingdon service.
The successful applicant will join an experienced multidisciplinary team and contribute to the provision of sexual and reproductive healthcare within the community of Hillingdon.
The successful applicant will work with the MDT towards the development of staff, having the opportunity to influence the future for nurses working within sexual and reproductive healthcare services.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering contraception and sexual healthcare.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide day-to-day operational management of the ISRH clinics within the community of Hillingdon, to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient care. The post holder will work collaboratively within the senior nursing team and will be responsible for the line management of the junior nursing staff within the Hillingdon service.
The post holder will be expected to work autonomously within the ISRH clinics delivering both sexual health and contraceptive care and will be a source of support and role model within the service.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- BSC in adult nursing
- DFSRH
- Letter of Competence in SDI or IUT
- STIF competencies
Desirable criteria
- Non-medical prescriber
- Leadership qualification
Experience
Essential criteria
- 4 years post registration experience in ISRH services
- 2 years post registration experience at band 6 and above
Desirable criteria
- Experience in audit and quality improvement
