Job overview
The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Cardiology cardiac rehabilitation team and the role will focus on supporting a positive patient experience within the services with a key emphasis on patient pathway tracking and data collection for local and national audits. The post holder will work closely with the service team and receive support and training as required to fulfil the role.
Main duties of the job
- To be responsible for providing administrative support to cardiac rehabilitation team
- To ensure that every patient pathway is tracked and processed as quickly as possible, ensuring this is achieved within relevant BACPR standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of patient tracking and escalations must be kept on the Trust database.
- To support the Service Management team to ensure all administrative process are delivered including data collection for relevant local and national audits.
