Job overview
Come and join our busy and friendly radiology department at London North West University Hospitals NHS Trust.
The post holder will be required to fully participate in the service provision.
The post holder will need to demonstrate expertise and knowledge in patient care and healthcare settings.
The role also requires good communication skills, multidisciplinary teamworking and the ability to supervise and train other staff and students.
Main duties of the job
· To provide care for the patient whilst maintaining a safe and clean environment.
· To support a high-quality clerical and clinical support service when required to the radiology department.
· To correctly identify the patient and ensure accurate records are kept with all paperwork on to Soliton
· To ensure the unit is fully stocked with all necessary clinical and administrative stock
· To ensure the coordination of all inpatient activity by communicating with the Superintendent and senior radiographer on duty and the Porters.
