Job overview
Under the direction of the Professional Manager for Community Dietetics the post holder will play a central role in the delivery of the work for the Strategic Programme for Primary Care. The post holder will be required to directly support the design, coordination & evaluation of the Community Heath Program to enable the delivery of the services key aims and objectives linked to the wider SPPC agenda.

Main duties of the job
The post-holder will provide day-to-day management and contribute to the development of a range of projects (work-streams) within the Community Dietetics Team, specifically the Community Health Programme linked with the National Strategic Programme for Primary Care.
This will include:
- Establishing and developing key working relationships across ABUHB primary care & public health teams
- Embedding proven project methodology and following Programme Management Office (PMO) processes
- Setting up and maintaining robust information reporting systems which will enable the production of progress reports and other documentation as requested
- Identifying and exploring new/unforeseen opportunities to deliver the Primary Care Model for Wales & Healthy Weight Healthy Wales level 1 models.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills are required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
