An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Radiology Administrator role to join our Administrative and Clerical team in the Radiology Department at NUH. This role will provide cover to the Ultrasound department, including the Antenatal reception desk. We will require an enthusiastic and conscientious team player with excellent communication skills who will need to be well motivated and reliable. It will be essential that the post holder can demonstrate excellent communication skills and be an organised individual, as well as work on their own initiative. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of confidentiality issues and respond to queries in a professional manner. Good customer care is essential in this role.

The Ultrasound (US) department hours of work are between 8am to 17.00 Monday to Friday however the applicant will need to be flexible to cover leave. The role will be working at both sites, QMC and City Campus, you must be able to travel to both campuses as part of this role.

You must be educated to GCSE level, with grade C or above in English and Maths. Computer skills are essential in this role and experience in using Microsoft Word and Outlook is necessary. Knowledge of our hospital computer systems such as Medway, NOTIS, WEBHISS, PAS and CRIS systems is desirable.
