Are you an experienced admin individual who is proficient in data analysis?
Do you have strong experience on Excel and PowerBI?
We have a great opportunity to join the Oxfordshire Early Intervention Service (OEIS) based at the Slade Site, for a Core Intervention Data Quality Administrator.
You will be will be joining a friendly and supportive team, as well as supporting the service which provides specialist care for people who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis and has specific reporting requirements associated with this.
Main duties of the job
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a high quality of administrative service for the services key performance indicators, wider medical team, and the rest of the EI team to ensure efficiency in patient care and that the services required targets are being met.
- Co-ordinate team meetings and training as and when required.
- Collect and analyse data for auditing purposes.
- Resolve difficult and often emotional enquiries from clients and carers with complex needs in a sensitive manner.
