Job overview
· To work as part of the Clinical Services Team based at WBS HQ Talbot Green providing support for the collation of data and management of donor adverse events and low risk incidents. To record, validate, and analyse data relating to Clinical and Collections Services performance and quality function and information for clinical audit and quality assurance purposes to contribute to and improve donor care.

· This is a Fixed term /Secondment for 6 months to cover the needs of the service
Main duties of the job
To efficiently and effectively assist in the coordination of information for the specialist multi-disciplinary team to ensure there is effective co-operation between departments across the blood donor pathway of those involved in the delivery of donor care.
· Assist Collections and Clinical Department, specifically regarding audit information relating to donor care and Infection Prevention and Control including data collation and office administration.
· The role requires the co-ordinator to engage with and work alongside all health care professionals and administrative staff throughout the donor journey

- GCSE English, Maths A – C grade or equivalent
- NVQ level 2/3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience

- RSA/OCR or equivalent experience

- Previous experience of working in a regulated environment
- Experience of working within defined SOP’s and guidelines
