We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to work within Occupational Health.

This is a customer focused, business administrative role that requires an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who can remain calm in a busy environment.

The post holder will be expected to work the Clinical team in OH, providing multifaceted administrative and clerical support, in addition to supporting all colleagues in several tasks as and when required.

You must have excellent IT skills and competency across all Microsoft office products, a good telephone manner, excellent standard of written and spoken English as well as a sound understanding of the Data Protection Act.

Main duties of the job

This is a vital role in the delivery of patient care to our staff via the management of the patient’s end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team. Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties will include;
•    Management of referrals
•    Ensuring staff referrals are registered and appropriately graded to follow the correct pathway through the service to ensure a great and seamless patient experience
•    Supporting the wider admin team as required
