This role is combined with another Administrator secretarial Post.
You'll be, managing priorities, and maintaining high standards. A commitment to respect, accountability, and excellence is key, along with a strong alignment to our Trust values and dedication to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
About You:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths at grade C or above

Proficiency in word processing or the ability to demonstrate equivalent skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A clear understanding of patient confidentiality and professional boundaries

Strong working knowledge of IT packages and digital systems
Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Clinical Department Manager or Supervisor some of your responsibilities will include:

Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders
-
Minute clinical meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed
-
You will provide a comprehensive, efficient and responsive administration service to the medical staff and their Nursing team.

Enter and update internal databases with investigation outcomes and related data.

Essential criteria
- GCSEs Grade C or above including English
- RSA II Typing / Word Processing or equivalent qualification or experience
Desirable criteria
- RSA Stage III typing/word processing
- Level 2 IT qualification
- Minute taking

- Significant general office experience
- Previous experience of dealing with the General Public
Desirable criteria
- Worked with children and young people
- Previous experience of working within the NHS
