Job overview

The Assistant Cancer Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality cancer services across the Trust by supporting the implementation of the NHS Cancer Action Plan. This post is responsible for the operational management and leadership of the Cancer Information team, including MDT Coordinators, Cancer Pathway Trackers, Pathway Navigators and the Cancer Booking Team.

The post holder is expected to act with autonomy, use sound judgement in managing complex and sensitive issues, and demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
