Join us as Interim Chief Finance Officer

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive Team as Interim Chief Finance Officer. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our Trust’s strategic and operational leadership, offering the opportunity to shape financial sustainability and drive transformation across our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and assurance to the Board.
• Lead the development and delivery of multi-year financial strategies and cost improvement programmes.
• Champion financial governance, stewardship, and performance across the Trust.
• Collaborate with ICS partners to support system-wide sustainability and innovation.
• Inspire and develop high-performing teams through visible, compassionate leadership.

A visionary finance leader with a proven track record in NHS or public sector finance, who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
