Elective & Diagnostic Booking Officer (Endoscopy) – Wexham Park Hospital

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Elective and Diagnostic team at Wexham Park Hospital. We are seeking an approachable, patient-focused individual who demonstrates our Trust values in their everyday work.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines are essential. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are also key.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The post holder will be responsible for booking appointments across all Trust sites.

They will have an active role in the implementation, as well as ongoing monitoring of both new and existing appointments systems.

The post holder will assist with meeting Trust targets.

The post holder will be required to offer very high customer service skills for patients and both internal and external staff.

  • ECDL or equivalent

  • NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent practical knowledge

Experience

  • Experience of working in a hospital or busy office environment.
  • Significant experience in difficult patient situations.
  • Customer care experience
