In line with the well-being model of healthcare at HMP Forest Bank you, through a partnership approach, will also help patients to optimise their medicines by tailoring medicines and support to the individual patient needs. They will also identify unmet pharmaceutical need and assist in improving access and service efficiency including a reduction in wasted medicines. In addition, you will be responsible for encouraging the development of better medicines management understanding throughout the wider healthcare team and Prison Team and promote good practice in line with therapeutic developments in all prescribing decisions.
