Project Manager

Grade F

Job overview

The EPR Project Manager is responsible for delivering defined workstreams within the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme. The post‑holder will manage all aspects of project planning, delivery, assurance, and benefits realisation to ensure successful implementation of EPR functionality and related digital transformation.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams, the post‑holder will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and in alignment with Trust priorities, using recognised project management methodologies. They will be accountable for ensuring that clinical safety, data quality, operational readiness, and user adoption are embedded into every project stage.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a complex and fast‑moving environment.
