You will also work to facilitate discharge and optimise patient outcomes.
As this is a new post Service development will form a large part of the role.
Main duties of the job
You will provide clinical leadership and specialist occupational therapy at Colchester Hospital.

You will be directly involved in audit and development of the service to continuously improve patient care.
If you feel you can demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, have worked within a large multidisciplinary team to support functional assessments and interventions to facilitate safe and effective discharge planning for complex patients, and have worked in respiratory or critical care, then this may be the role for you.
