Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic reception/administrator to undertake the responsibility of maintaining Lambeth CAMHS reception area. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and liaison with the clinical teams.
The post holder will provide excellent customer service, data entry and reporting, basic administration functions to support our multi-disciplinary teams which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and management professionals.
The post-holder will be required to provide some administrative support to the Senior Administrators based at Black Prince Road and St Johns Angell Town Primary School.

Working for our organisation
The London Borough of Lambeth has a population of 317,800 (GLA 2020). To add referrals to the Trust patient database within 24 hours of receipt.
(j) Trace patient NHS details via the National Tracing System.
(k) Oversee the administrative component of the Trust patient database ensuring patient details are updated and accurate at all times, whilst adhering to timescales and data protection.
(l) Monitor and update operational data quality information proactively to ensure targets and standards are met.
Service Requirements:
(a) To provide cover for colleagues, as required, within CAMHS sites.
(b) Assist teams with the development of patient information and team leaflets.
(c) To attend, and actively participate in, administration team meetings to assist in the implementation and continual review of systems to ensure good practice.
(d) May be required to be trained as nominated Fire Warden, First Aider and/or Health and Safety Champion.
(e) To assist in service user feedback and PPI.
(f) You may be required to work outside of core hours, in line with service need to enable extended opening hours (e.g., two evenings per week).

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ 3 in Customer Care or admin or RSA 3 in Secretarial qualification or Reception/Admin
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in English Language (A-C grade)
