District Nursing Sister

We have a number of Band 6 District Nursing Sister posts available in our friendly,
hardworking teams based in the community in Manchester. – Chorlton, The Vallance
and Gorton. We serve a diverse population within Manchester with a busy home
visiting and treatment room caseload. The post holders will manage a caseload and
work alongside the Band 7 District Nursing Team Lead, community nurses and
nursing associates to deliver high quality care to the patients referred to the service.
The posts are full time but we will consider part time/job share applications.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
