Job overview

We are advertising for 2 posts. 1 post will be full-time and cover clinical trials and 1 will be part-time (0.8 WTE) and cover clinical trials and ATMPs.

The post holders will work in conjunction with the Lead R&I Clinical Trial Pharmacist, Lead ATMP Pharmacist, clinical pharmacy leads, pharmacy aseptic staff and Quality Assurance specialists to develop the provision of an efficient, high quality, professional and well-coordinated service capable of meeting all statutory, regulatory and NHS requirements relating to clinical trials and ATMPs.

Registration

Essential criteria
  • Registered Pharmacist with GPhC
Desirable criteria
  • Member of Faculty/ RPS. Member of National/ International Specialist Organisation.

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Vocational 4-year master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent
  • 1-year pre-registration training and successful completion of examination.
Desirable criteria
  • Completion of postgraduate qualification in relevant specialist field.
  • Evidence of management training
