The Deputy Director of Workforce is looking for a Personal Assistant to support and manage the day-to-day administration of the Executive Workforce Team. This role will provide an effective PA service to the Deputy Director of Workforce, ensuring that all administrative work is completed as required with accuracy and within set timeframes.
The successful applicant will have experience of working within an HR Department and possess a wider understanding of HR functions.
Key deliverables:
- Coordination of meeting requests and diary management;
- Preparation of agendas and minutes as appropriate and coordinating any necessary follow up actions;
- Processing of invoices and recording team leave arrangements;
- Arranging mandatory training for the Workforce Directorate Team;
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders;
- Be able to work well in a fast paced environment;
