Job overview

We are looking for experienced Trainer’s to join our dynamic IT Training Team. This exciting opportunity is for 3 months, and the successful candidates will work alongside our training team and be instrumental in supporting our community teams. With the continued drive towards digital maturity, and supporting our colleagues to deliver the very best of patient care, we are looking for dynamic and talented trainers to join the IT Training Team through an exciting time of change.

Main duties of the job

Working with members of the Training Team you will be responsible for; the delivery of new starter training courses for SystmOne, supporting the technical roll out of SystmOne internet. Ensuring that all our users are comfortable and competent at using our hardware and software, giving them guidance and support when dealing with a range of queries that other colleagues present to them in order to support our patients.

You will be an experienced trainer, be skilled in the use of IT systems with the ability to adapt and be flexible in a demanding environment. Requirement to have a training qualification e.g. Cert Ed in Post 16 Education, City & Guilds 730 Adult Teachers Certificate or similar and experience of providing training to groups of students and on a one-to-one basis for at least two years is essential. You will have a positive attitude and a desire to deliver high quality training and support to our users.

The post will be based within our community teams and the post holder will support colleagues within the wider team working across the Trust sites and therefore there maybe the requirement to travel.
