Are you interested in supporting the delivery of COVID-19 Vaccine Trials in Wales?

Health and Care Research Wales are looking for administrators to become part of the Vaccine Trials Booking Service. Working remotely, the trials booking service team will be dedicated to contacting potential trial participants by telephone to schedule their appointments. The postholders will be required to:

  • Speak to members of the public over the telephone
  • Use Office 365 software and trial scheduling software to book appointments
  • Work as part of a large, virtual team

The postholder(s) will have a proven track record of strong administrative skills, experience of working in a public facing role, have excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone, and work well as part of a team.
