Job overview
An excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual with an administration/finance or hospitality background.
Working across both DRI & Bassetlaw Sites , you will be required to undertake all booking, financial and customer service processes for the Trust Accommodation Service.
It is essential that you have an eye for detail, can prioritise tasks and are a confident communicator. Customer Service skills are required to ensure a high standard of service is provided to all users of the Trust Accommodation and to ensure challenges can be resolved quickly & efficiently.
You will also be expected to demonstrate a full range of skills related to the key work elements of the post together with a flexible, committed and conscientious approach to working.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive and professional accommodation service for all users
The post holder shall maintain a working knowledge of all staff, departments, Trust policies/ procedures and the communication systems utilised to co-ordinate the Trusts resources for high standards of accommodation to the tenants it serves.
The post requires a high degree of commitment and the ability to work under pressure with a positive customer service attitude. In addition the post holder shall be flexible in their approach to any tasks required and work in a confidential and efficient manner.

Person specification
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working with computer systems to include Microsoft Office and the use of IT packages and web based systems.
- Experience of creating, analysing and interpreting data in IT packages.
- Experience of producing performance reports
- Experience of working with a diverse range of staff
- Experience of working with KPI’s
- Experience of being able to work unsupervised within an agreed frame work
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience in a similar post within a Healthcare/Hospitality Environment
- Experience of using an electronic booking system to source, track and generate relevant information
- To have used computerised audit systems and hand held technology in a working environment
- Knowledge of National and NHS legislation and guidance relating to the provision of accommodation
Qualifications & Training
Essential criteria
- Recognised admin/business qualification or relevant experience – NVQ 3, BTEC, ILM 2 or 3
- Computer systems qualification – NVQ or equivalent experience
- An ability to undertake future training
Desirable criteria
- Recognised qualification in Facilities/Hospitality –Diploma or relevant experience
- Full driving licence with access to vehicle
