About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Chef (7061/2 or equivalent) to contribute to the success of our busy hospital kitchen and restaurant. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to support and enhance meal preparation for:

  • 750+ patients, staff, and visitors daily
  • A dynamic restaurant environment.

The role includes:

  • Assisting in the preparation of delicious and nutritious meals.
  • Supervising and mentoring team members.
  • Thriving under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

  • A qualified Chef with relevant certifications (7061/2 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in busy kitchens or catering environments.
