Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become an integral member of the Learning and Organisational Development Department. This is a full-time opportunity, working  37.5 hours per week on a 12 month fixed term contract. 

This role provides administrative support through the whole life cycle of education and learning events.  The department provides a range of development opportunities including mandatory training, leadership and personal development courses.  The post holder will play a key role in providing first line support for booking requests, ensuring training records are accurately maintained as well as provide technical support for e-learning enquiries. 

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as the role involves liaising with colleagues of all levels, trainers and subject matter experts.  The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have good attention to detail, be willing to learn new IT systems and think on their feet.
