Are you an experienced physiotherapist looking for your next challenge? Then Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust has the perfect community based job for you. We are seeking a caring and compassionate part time Band 6 Physiotherapist, who is an enthusiastic learner, to join our Falls Prevention Service.
The Falls Prevention Service is a multidisciplinary team providing community based assessments for service users who are at risk of falling. Therapists take a holistic approach to treatment following completion of a multifactorial assessment and provide rehabilitation either at home or in one of our group based exercise classes. We cover the areas of Chorley, Preston and South Ribble.
Main duties of the job
The post offers excellent personal and professional development within a well-established and supportive environment.
There is a Band 7 Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist and Clinical Specialist for Falls who will provide supervision and ensure personal development plans are implemented.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure and the successful applicant will be required to pay for their DBS check.
