COVID-19 Vacancy Engagement Officer

NHS AfC: Band 5

Are you a people person? ... passionate, energetic and ambitious - then this may be a great opportunity for you to come and join our Communications and Engagement Team.

Secondment Opportunity for an Engagement Officer

Both NHS Halton CCG and NHS Warrington CCG are passionate about ensuring sustainable, good quality care for our local population, and we believe that working collaboratively with providers, commissioners and other system partners is vital to achieving our goal.

Our patients are at the heart of every decision we make.

Working across both CCG’s we are looking for a professional, energetic and ambitious individual to join our busy Communications and Engagement Team on a secondment basis.

As an Engagement Officer within our engagement team you will play a critical role in supporting our CCG with restarting our engagement activity in a new COVID -19 restricted environment as well as contributing to the wider activities of the CCG’s communication and engagement function.

This is a busy role where you will be expected to have a hands-on approach and work under pressure to deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail, good IT skills and experience of using engagement techniques and working with patients and the public.

In return we can offer a stimulating environment and a highly varied role.

The role will be working from home, with equipment provided to ensure this can be done effectively.

The post is full time for 37.5 hours.
