We provide healthcare services to people living in Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf county borough areas, serving a population of around 450,000. We are ideally situated between Wales’s capital city, Porthcawl to the west, and the stunning scenery in the Brecon Beacons.

Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda is a Community Hospital situated close to Tonypandy. the hospital supports patients with rehabilitation needs and complex discharge planning.
An exciting opportunity is available for band 5 nurses to join our forward thinking nursing team. We are looking for highly motivated and committed band 5 staff nurses to work on our medical rehabilitation ward.
We require enthusiastic motivated individuals who have the ability and passion to work within our friendly ward team. Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda is continuously expanding its services and we require staff nurses who have the ambition to help drive these changes and help expand the service we offer. Commitment to undertake ongoing training and development is essential. We offer ward based training so you should be motivated, keen to learn and ready to embrace change. Our commitment to you is to provide the environment for this to happen and ensure that you are part of our development plan. We are able to offer both full and part-time posts within our team.
