Job overview
The Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre (ICC) the first if its kind in the UK, has been operational since May 2018 and in that time provided innovative, anticipatory patient tailored care to residents of Hull and the surrounding areas. The centre has already been recognized for national awards and continues to receive outstanding patient feedback. The ICC also featured on NHS England’s website dedicated to the NHS Long Term Plan as the leading case study in the Ageing Well section. More recently we have featured on Panorama, aired on BBC 1. The team working at the ICC feel privilege to be a part of delivering transformed care for older people in Hull.
Main duties of the job
Do you want the opportunity to become part of the team? This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about caring for older and frail patients and also skills to co-ordinate patient flow within the ICC, ensuring patient waiting times are kept to a minimum and the efficiencies of the multidisciplinary team in opportunities for timely patient consultation. The ability to communicate professionally and effectively whilst in a caring manner with patients and their carers team is also essential.

Essential criteria
- Level 2 qualification such as Business Administration/Customer Service
- Equivalent level of GCSE’s or equivalent demonstrable experience (Grades A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English)
Knowledge
