Essential criteria
- Clinical Pharmacy Diploma or equivalent experience
- Evidence of continuing professional development
Desirable criteria
- Non-medical prescriber (or must be willing to undertake this when requested)
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria
- Working knowledge of issues relevant to clinical pharmacy practice
- Understanding of QIPP and current requirements within the NHS
Desirable criteria
- Experience working with financial information and interpreting drug expenditure information.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
